Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using UPS.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected. UPS delivery times may vary depending on destination and service level.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment’s progress.

We currently ship only to addresses supported by UPS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, at this time, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. Please note all items are unique as they are all handmade and have slight variations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a resolution.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
